The final of six defendants charged in connection with a marijuana ring that spanned from Mexico to Texas to Kentucky will serve ten years in prison. Exsaul Silva-Garcia of McAllen Texas was convicted in February on charges of possession with intent to distribute over 1,000 kilograms of marijuana.
