Cline, a Fed Ex driver, spoke to WKU Public Radio hours after the explosions.</p><p>"Twenty-five minutes after I finished, all of this starts to go down. You've got families that have been affected forever, two or three that have lost their lives. It's been an incredible day," Cline said.</p><p>Cline said after he found his wife Wendy unharmed their thoughts turned to those who had been killed and injured. He called the blasts an "evil thing."
