Frankfort, KY – The Consumer Product Safety Commission reports the popularity of all-terrain vehicles continues to grow in Kentucky and so does the number of ATV fatalities. Reports show crashes killed 106 people in Kentucky from 2002 - 2004 and that's more that's more ATV deaths than any other state in the country.
