Russellville, KY – An 81 year old Logan County man has been indicted by a grand jury after he allegedly threatened to kill or cripple police officers who raided his marijuana operation.
A Federal grand jury in Bowling Green returned the indictments against Harold Hankins of Russellville
The alleged offenses date back to last summer
He's accused of growing more than 100 marijuana plants and with threatening to kill or cripple two officers. he's also charged with soliciting another person to kill or cripple the officers.
Hankins will be arraigned April 20th in Bowling Green.
