Aug 13, 2012

The Commission on Presidential Debates on Monday announced the moderator line-up for this fall’s presidential debates.  The senior foreign affairs correspondent for ABC News will moderate the vice presidential debate in Kentucky.

Martha Raddatz will moderate the October 11th debate at Centre College in Danville between Vice President Joe Biden and Republican Congressman Paul Ryan of Wisconsin.

The televised debate will feature both domestic and foreign policy issues.

As the first woman in two decades tapped to moderate a presidential debate, CNN’s Candy Crowley will referee one of three match-ups between President Barack Obama and Republican challenger Mitt Romney.

Jim Lehrer of PBS and Bob Schieffer of CBS News will moderate the other two debates.
