Allen County Teacher Arrested For Growing Marijuana

Scottsville, KY – State police have arrested three men, including an Allen County-Scottsville school teacher after spotting small marijuana crops from an airplane.
47 year old Jimmy Law was charged Wednesday with cultivating marijuana over five plants and possession of marijuana.
Also charged with growing pot were 36 year old Gregory Dunn and 41 year old Steven Burchett, both of Scottsville.
State police say the marijuana was being grown behind two houses.
Law has asked for an unpaid leave of absence from teaching effective Thursday.
