Another Formal Complaint Against Gov. Fletcher

By AP

Frankfort, KY – A government watchdog group has filed a complaint with the Kentucky Registry of Election Finance regarding Governor Fletcher's personal use of a GOP funded Blackberry.
Common Cause of Kentucky claims the governor has been illegally using the Blackberry for conducting state business.
The group's director, Richard Beliles, says the Blackberry was funded by the Kentucky Republican party.
Fletcher has said he stopped using a state-funded e-mail account and instead uses the Blackberry.
A Fletcher spokeswoman says Beliles' complaint is "frivolous". She confirmed the Blackberry is paid for by the state Republican party.
Electronic mnessages sent by Fletcher administration officials have been at the center of the Attorney General's ongoing investigation into whether state jobs were illegally given to political supporters.
