Bowling Green, Ky – Governor Beshear says the Obama Administration has been very responsive to Kentucky's requests for help in the aftermath of the ice storm. Beshear is requesting the federal government pick up the tab on much of the recovery costs. Lisa Autry spoke to Governor Beshear and has this update.
