Bowling Green, Ky – A unique scholarship program is guaranteeing that some Bowling Green elementary students will one day have money for college tuition and textbooks. The Noon Rotary Club in Bowling Green has established the program to encourage students in one elementary class to consider postsecondary education. Dan Modlin has more on the effort.
