Bowling Green resident Lauren Moore saw first-hand the chaos aboard the Costa Concordia cruise liner after it slammed into the reef Friday off the tiny island of Giglio.

Speaking to WKU Public Radio's Morning Edition host Joe Corcoran, Moore said passengers received no safety instructions, and had no idea where lifeboats or safety jackets were located. As of Wednesday morning, the death toll was at 11.
