Frankfort – For the first time, more than 67 thousand students have enrolled for part-time or full-time programs. For the Fall semester, the Kentucky Community and Technical College System is reporting an increase of more than seven percent over last year's levels. The total enrollment includes increases in each of the 16 districts of KCTCS across the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
