Covington, Kentucky – The former mistress of Kentucky's Governor has been indicted in connection with her business dealings with the state. Tina Conner is charged with fraudulently applying for a government program for "disadvantaged business enterprises." Conner and her former husband formed the company in question, S-T Construction.
Kentucky Governor Paul Patton has admitted having an affair with Conner, but has maintained that he never did anything illegal for her.
