Daviess County school leader thinks CATS needs some changes

Bowling Green, Ky – The latest batch of CATS scores are out. The Commonwealth Accountability Testing System scores show how each public school in Kentucky is progressing towards the goal of reaching the proficiency level by 2014. Joe Corcoran spoke with Daviess County School Superintendent Tom Shelton about the test, and some changes that might need to be made.
