Bowling Green, KY – Virginia Moore of the Kentucky Commission on the Deaf and Hard of Hearing says more than 600 thousand residents of the state have suffered some level of hearing loss. The "Deafestival" is an event designed to showcase the accomplishments of many of those individuals. The free festival will be held on September 5th, in downtown Horse Cave, Kentucky.
