Decker College Sued

By AP

Louisville, KY – Decker College has been sued by a laid-off financial aid officer who says the school owes her $2,000 for work performed and for benefits.
Lisa Totten is seeking class-action status for her lawsuit. The 26 year old Louisville woman says she's borrowed more than $600 from her parents since being laid off September 6th. She then sold possessions at a yard sale to repay them.
The lawsuit filed Wednesday in Jefferson County Circuit Court named the private, for-profit trade school and five executives as defendents.
