Bowling Green, Ky – Officials with the Department of Financial Institutions are speaking with medical professionals about ways to help identify senior citizens who might be vulnerable to scam artists selling questionable investment products. Department spokesperson Kelly May says people in the medical field are often the first to detect confusion and difficulty in making decisions.
