Bowling Green, Ky – Leaders from 24 public colleges and university systems are working together on an "Access to Success Initiative", to increase the number of low-income and minority students completing college. Britt Kirwan, the Chancellor of the University System of Maryland, says the country has a great deal at stake regarding the matter. Dan Modlin reports.
