By AP

Frankfort, KY – A state senator is complaining that a volunteer who works for Governor Fletcher is not covered by state ethics rules and should either be given an official job or removed from the office.

Scorsone said that anyone volunteering to the extent that they have their own ofdfice in the capitol needs to be officially under the ethics rules and other laws.
