Expert on International Security to Speak at WKU

Bowling Green, KY – Dr. Richard Harknett of the University of Cincinnati will speak on the WKU campus tonight, as part of the Boyd-Lubker Visiting Scholar Program. Dr. Harknett says the emergence of nuclear technology and information technology have had a significant impact on international security in recent years. Dan Modlin spoke with him....
