Fatal construction accident in Nashville

Nashville – Construction scaffolding collapsed as it was being taken down Friday morning at a Nashville apartment building, killing one worker and injuring six others.
Police identify the man as 24 year old Brian Owen of Lyles.
The names of those injured weren't immediately available but fire officials say one of them was critically injured. He was trapped beneath the collapsed metal scaffold for about an hour.
Construction workers told reporters at the scene they were on the scaffolding about 70 feet off the ground when the felt it ebgin to shake and give way. Some of the men said the escaped injury by jumping.
The occupational safety and health administration ( OSHA ) reportedly inspected the scaffolding last month and everything was standard.
