Few Clues In Fatal Hit-and-Run

Bowling Green – Police are still looking for leads in a fatal hit and run over the weekend in Warren County. The accident happened just after 5:30pm Saturday and killed two pedestrians crossing Veterans Memorial Boulevard. Major Tommy Smith with the Warren County Sheriff's Department says a large black truck drove away from the scene. Three-year-old Jordan Staten and his 37-year-old stepfather Mark Medaris were killed. The accident was first reported by a woman who called 911 after discovering the bodies in the road. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Warren County Sheriff's Office.
