Film Crew To Re-Enact Carrollton Bus Crash

A film team making a documentary about the Carroll County bus crash that killed 27 people plans to re-enact the crash this weekend as it prepares the film for release next year.The church bus was returning to Radcliff after an outing to Kings Island when it collided with a pickup truck being driven the wrong way on Interstate 71 by a drunken driver. It's considered the worst drunken driving crash in U.S. history.Lexington based filmmaker Jason Epperson is looking for extras for the re-enactment.The film "Impact: After the Crash" is planned for release next spring to coincide with the 25th anniversary of the May 14, 1988 wreck.
