According to the Bowling Green Daily News, Rick Kelley, who owns Mariah's Restaurant and the Pushin Building, has allegedly defaulted on loans totaling well over one point five million dollars.Citizen's First Bank has filed claims against Kelley and his wife in Warren Circuit Court. Other entities filing claims against Mr. Kelley include Southern Foods and Art Solomon, the owner of the Bowling Green Hot Rods, according to the Daily News.
