Bowling Green, Ky – Kentucky and Indiana are both awaiting word on which state will land a new electric car plant. Franklin, Kentucky and Jeffersonville, Indiana are the finalists for the facility to be built by the company Integrity. Lisa Autry speaks with leaders of both cities on their efforts to win the plant, which is expected to bring thousands of jobs.
