Franklin, KY – Bowling Green area businessman David Garvin has a vision of bringing a massive RV dealership to Simpson County, KY. He says such a project could be an economic windfall to the region. But Garvin is still waiting for state lawmakers to pass tax breaks that would help the development. Lisa Autry reports.
