Franklin track to be first in Kentucky to offer "instant racing"

Franklin, Ky – Kentucky Downs will soon become the first horse track in the Commonwealth to offer what's known as instant racing. As Lisa Autry reports, the track is moving forward with expanding gaming despite a court challenge.
