Ft. Knox Soldier Dies During Training

Fort Knox, KY – A soldier has died during physical training at Fort Knox. The Army says 39 year old SSGT Aurelio Dudley died after completing a two mile run for the Army Ohysical Fitness Test.
Soldiers near Dudley contacted emergency personnel when they noticed he was having trouble breathing. The Fort Knox Public Affairs Office says Dudley was transported to Ireland Army Community Hospital where he died. The cause of death has not yet been determined.
Dudley was a native of Panama City, Panama who joined the Army in 1995. He was an instructor for the basic non-commissioned officers course at the non-commissioned officers academy.
