Funeral Set for Tuesday for Kentucky Soldier Killed in Afghanistan
The Associated Press reports funeral services will be held this week for a U.S. Army soldier from Dixon, who was killed recently in Afghanistan. Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home Director Jerel Schneider says Spc. David W. Taylor will be buried in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Henderson on Tuesday.
The 20 year old soldier died from injuries sustained in an accident at an ammunition supply point. The AP has reported that the incident is under investigation. The visitation for Taylor's funeral will be from 10 am to 8 pm Monday and until the 1 pm service time on Tuesday at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home.
