Frankfort, KY – Skyrocketing unemployment has Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear and top education officials searching for ways to help the jobless pursue new skills and new careers. Kentucky Public Radio's Tony McVeigh says tuition breaks is one idea getting a positive response.
