Frankfort, Ky – Governor-elect Steve Beshear held his first official news conference since defeating Governor Fletcher. Beshear talked about his future cabinet, and whether or not he plans to instigate wholesale personnel changes in state government. Tony McVeigh reports from Frankfort.
