Bowling Green, Ky – Young children in five area school systems are taking part in a new grant program designed to boost reading performance. The grant involves students in Allen, Breckinridge, Logan, and Warren Counties. Joining us to talk about the program is Johnna Rogers, grant writer for the Green River Regional Cooperative.
