Bowling Green, Ky – A special committee is meeting in Frankfort to address the retention of court records in the Commonwealth. Kentucky Supreme Court Chief Justice John D. Minton Jr. has appointed the committee to look into the issue. Dan Modlin spoke with Chairman Thomas Wine, a Court of Appeals Judge.
