Group wants lawmakers to fund more gambling addiction programs

Bowling Green, Ky – An organization that deals with problem gamblers hopes Kentucky lawmakers will consider an increase in funding for programs helping gambling addicts. Mike Stone is Executive Director of the Kentucky Council on Problem Gambling. He says research from other states such as Missouri and Iowa indicates that when gambling expands, the number of problem gamblers increases as well. He spoke to our Dan Modlin.
