Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels has been picked to deliver the Republican response to President Obama's State of the Union address. Daniels was considered a possible GOP Presidential candidate this year before deciding not to run for the White House.
The President will deliver his speech Tuesday night, with Daniels following. Kentucky Senator Mitch McConnell and House Speaker John Boehner picked Daniels to deliver the GOP response based on what they called his record in Indiana of fiscal responsibility.
