It's Elizabethtown Vs. Butler for Kentucky Girls Sweet 16 Championship

The Kentucky Girls Sweet 16 will crown the next state champion Sunday afternoon at E.A. Diddle Arena in Bowling Green.

The No. 1 ranked Elizabethtown Panthers will take on the No. 2 ranked Butler High School of Louisville Sunday afternoon for the 2014 Kentucky Girls Sweet 16 title.

Elizabethtown beat George Rogers Clark 71-56 in the semifinals Saturday at E.A. Diddle Arena in Bowling Green.

Butler won Saturday against Ashland Blazer 62-50.

Elizabethtown sophomore Erin Boley scored 20 points and had eight rebounds against GRC Saturday. Three other Panthers scored in double figures.

Elizabethtown, George Rogers Clark, Butler, and Ashland Blazer will compete in two semifinal games Saturday evening at WKU's E.A. Diddle Arena.

Here is the Saturday schedule:

Ashland Blazer vs. Butler at 6:30 p.m.

Elizabethtown vs. George Rogers Clark at 8:00 p.m.

All times are central.

The winners of Saturday's games will compete Sunday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. for the state championship.
