Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear says he’s extremely pleased that “a company of Serco’s worldwide influence would choose to expand operations in the Commonwealth.” Serco executives say their clients have been impressed by the quality of the region’s workforce and sales performance. Worldwide, the company has more than 100, 000 employees, providing services to clients in more than 30 countries.
