Bowling Green, Ky – WKU basketball coach Ken McDonald has been fired. A statement released by the school this morning says assistant coach Ray Harper has been named interim coach. WKU Athletics Director Ross Bjork and Harper are holding a news conference this afternoon at 2pm to discuss the decision. The Toppers are 5-11 so far this season, and lost at home Thursday night to Louisiana-Lafayette.
