Kentuckians targeted in offers for questionable investment opportunities

Bowling Green, Ky – Kentucky's Department of Financial Institutions is warning consumers to beware of some investment offers that promise quick profits. Public Information Officer Kelly May says the Department continues to get complaints about some oil and gas investments in Kentucky. Dan Modlin reports.
