Frankfort, KY – The Consumer Product Safety Commission reports the popularity of all-terrain vehicles continues to grow in Kentucky and so does the number of ATV fatalities.
Reports show crashes killed 106 people in Kentucky from 2002 - 2004 and that's more that's more ATV deaths than any other state in the country.
Incomplete statistics on some states, however, might mean some states have higher totals than reported and the Kentucky listing could fall from the top.
