Bowling Green, KY – The Kentucky Court of Appeals will hear arguments on September 6th in the Cave City Election appeal case. The Court will convene in Frankfort to hear challenges to a Barren County Circuit Court ruling that declared null and void the results of the 2010 Cave City Mayoral election.
