Kentucky Court of Appeals to Hear Arguments in Cave City Case

Bowling Green, KY – The Kentucky Court of Appeals will hear arguments on September 6th in the Cave City Election appeal case. The Court will convene in Frankfort to hear challenges to a Barren County Circuit Court ruling that declared null and void the results of the 2010 Cave City Mayoral election. Barren County Judge Phillip Patton presided in that case. Tuesday's court proceedings in Frankfort are scheduled to start at nine a.m.
