Kentucky's Homeland Security Director warns against being complacent

Bowling Green, Ky – The Executive Director of the Kentucky Office of Homeland Security says there is a risk of terrorism in the Bluegrass State. Tom Preston says it would be a mistake to become complacent about the issue just because most Kentuckians don't live in or near large population centers.
