Kentucky's Homeland Security Director warns against being complacent

Bowling Green, Ky – The Executive Director of the Kentucky Office of Homeland Security says there is a risk of terrorism in the Bluegrass State. Tom Preston says it would be a mistake to become complacent about the issue just because most Kentuckians don't live in or near large population centers. Preston recently spoke at the Bowling Green Noon Rotary Club. Dan Modlin has our report.
