Ky has long way to go to meet goal of increased bachelor's degrees

Bowling Green, Ky – Ten years ago, Kentucky signed into law higher education reforms. One of the main goals was to increase the number of Kentuckians with bachelor's degrees by 2020 in order to meet the national average. To find out what progress the state has made towards that goal and others, Lisa Autry spoke with the outgoing head of the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education, Tom Layzell.
