Frankfort, Ky – A Frankfort judge has issued a ruling in a lawsuit filed by the Kentucky Attorney General's office against the Secretary of State. The suit involved the purging of thousands of names from the state's voter rolls. Kentucky Public Radio's Tony McVeigh reports.
