Ky leads nation in ATV deaths; program might cut fatalities

Bowling Green, Ky – Kentucky has the dubious distinction of having the highest ATV-related death rate in the US. The state Department of Agriculture says something can--and must--be done about it. Kentucky Public Radio's Tony McVeigh reports.
