Bowling Green, Ky – A spokesman for the Kentucky League of Cities believes the down economy is impacting public opinion of the organization. The League, which provides legal and financial services to Kentucky cities, has come under criticism after media reports unveiled questionable travel expenses from the priciest hotels and restaurants to strip clubs.
