Bowling Green, Ky – A unique conference is being held in Bowling Green, where Kentucky prosecutors and law enforcement agents are coordinating efforts to better prosecute DUI cases. Both groups admit they sometimes fail to work together properly to ensure that drunk drivers are found guilty of their crimes. Dan Modlin spoke to attendees about the issues involved.
