Frankfort, Ky – Bad weather forced cancellation of ceremonies in Hodgenville Tuesday that were to launch a 2 year celebration of President Lincoln's birth. But as Kentucky Public Radio's Tony McVeigh reports, state lawmakers in Frankfort moved ahead with their own tribute to a native son in Kentucky.
