Louisville Makes List of "Most Livable" Cities

By AP

Louisville, KY – A non-profit organization in Washington, D.C. has
named Louisville one of eleven mid-sized cities
in the nation it calls "most livable." The Partners
for Livable Communities says Louisville embraces
a high-tech economy and has good housing,good
neighborhoods, and a growing downtown.

Louisville was the only Kentucky city to make the
list, which does not rank the cities from one to eleven.

Former Louisville Mayor Dave Armstrong serves on the
board of the Partners for Livable Communities, but
officials say Armstrong was not involved in the city's
selection.
