Frankfort, KY – The senate's State and Local Government Committee is considering legislation that would overhaul medical malpractice in Kentucky.
The same committee will examine a proposed constitutional amendment that would allow the Ten Commandments to hand in schools and public buildings.
The House Licensing and Occupations Committee will consider a bill that would allow expanded gambling in kentucky. That would include casino-style gambling within the state's borders.
And the House Judiciary Committee is considering a bill Wednesday that would require violent offenders to be registered the same way sexual offenders are.
