Bowling Green, Ky – Small college athletics doesn't get the credit it deserves for its role in promoting racial integration during the 1970s. That's a major theme of a new book called "All Guts and No Glory", written by retired basketball coach Bill Elder, who later worked at Lindsey Wilson College in Colombia, Ky. In this interview with Dan Modlin, Elder recalls some of his experiences as a 22 year old head coach of an integrated basketball team in the south.
